my ipod makes weird noises on some songs?

not on all songs but on some songs i cant explain it but it sort of skips. its not my headphones bc i just got new headphones like 2 days ago, and it did this with my original ipod earphones and the ones i used before that. why does this happen? its only like 3 songs...

Your headphones aren't plugged in all the way try really pushing them in. Also, did you download them from illegal websites? Usually they're messed up from those

taken care of your headphones?
Maybe it's your ipod and not the headphones
