It'll get as far as the "waiting for reboot" then it won't do anything.
And whenever it is "apparently" working, my iPod screen just stays black, it doesn't tell me that it's downloading and I don't get that little pineapple on my screen. I'm just confused and I'm not sure why it isn't working.
