One day i turned my ipod classic on, and it froze. I restarted the ipod by holding menu and the middle button and all my songs and videos were deleted. Then the next day i tried turning it on and all that happened was a dark grey background with an apple in the middle. It wont fix when i try reebooting it or letting it run out of charge, then recharging it. I tried connecting it to itunes and it says i have to restore, so i restore it and there is an error saying 4 numbers.. 14 something, i dont know. so yeah, has anyone else has this problem and suceeded in fixing it or will i just have to return it and ask the shop i bought it from.I have searched the internet with this question, and many other people have the same problem, but cant fix it... PLZZZ HELPPPP
