and then it shows a picture of the? usb with an arrow pointing to itunes,it does not do anything else,i have tried to restore it through itunes but it keeps saying "the iphone could not be restored an unknown error occurred (28)"I have also tried to reset it by holding the home button and on/off button,apparently the error code 28 is a hardware fault, can anyone help??
