I bought this phone off Ebay and it has worked great! Just recently it started shutting off after going into unlock mode, I dont want to try to update or reset settings because it is unlocked and I dont want that feature to go away, i use it for TMobile and it hasnt ever given me a problem before. I am really getting frustrated with this because I dont want to keep it constantly on the setting auto-lock "never" because it drains my battery and its annoying. Please anyone help me, I cant turn to Apple since im not a customer please helppp!!!!
