I just got this phone. It is used and when i got it was completely dead so i bought a charger 4 it. once i got it plugged in and turned on i went 2 the settings and had the phone delete everything and reset. it then acted like it turned off and then went 2 the apple logo and the spinning wheel and has been there since. i have tried the restart thing with holding the 2 buttons down and all it does is turn off and go back 2 the apple logo and the spinning wheel. most of the time the wheel is constantly spinning but sometimes it stops and freezes. ive never had an iphone before so please help!
