it? is that possible? and if there is a jailbreak and i will be able to do it, will all my contacts, apps, songs,photos/videos be gone? Will i be able to sync my phone to itunes after jailbroken?

oh yea and its untethered because the 3rd serial number is 9 and 4th+5th serial number is below 40..its a 28
