My Iphone 3G is horrible. Should I get an Iphone 4, wait for Verizon, or wait

for Iphone 5? My 3G is SOOO slow. And ATT service is terrible in my house and neighborhood. But if I leave ATT I lose unlimited data. Should I wait for February to get the Verizon Iphone? Should I wait for June for Iphone 5? Or should I just get the Iphone 4 and end my misery (my contract is up).
