My internet is working on my laptop, but not on my stationary PC?

I restarted my router to factory settings, and that's when everything got messed up. I configured it again, and it works on my laptop, iPod and so on, but not on MY STATIONARY, with a Rangebooster USB receiver (for internet). Is there anything I need to do, like go to my internet configurations settings, cause I've checked over, and everything looks fine..
HELP!
