My internet friend for 2 years confessed he loves me, what should I do?

I do like him back, over the time I've known him he's helped me through a lot and I've helped him, he always makes me laugh and he's so random and perverted and I love that, its different from my daily life. but i dont see how an online relationship could work...plus he's still getting over his last online girlfriend..I've never had an online relationship, only real ones, and I'm not sure how to respond to this
