My install CD for TX doesn't work, help !

I've just gone through disaster with my computer, now I can't reinstall the Palm TX software because something is wrong with my CD. You can't download the software from their website, and I've been on hold waiting for tech support for an hour now. Any suggestions? Is it possible for someone to make a disk image of the CD for me? If it's less than 50MB, I can offer a place to post it. thanks !
 
The whole disk is approx. 650 MB, but of course, a lot of that is foreign language material. I think the two parts you need are about 110 MB.

The TX version of Palm Desktop is version 4.2. Try downloading the Palm TX (oops, I meant Palm T5 or T3) version and see if that works for you.

Email their tech support and tell them your disk is faulty, see if they'll send you another one. My personal record for being on hold is 3 hours, but that was sprint wireless... I think they finally just went home, never even bothered to disconnect me. Good luck.
 
I had major problems installing my software from disk and finally, after resetting the computer and uninstalling an older Palm version, I decided to install the software into a different folder than the software wanted to install to. Software installed properly and HotSynch finally worked. Don't know if this helps, but might be worth a try.
