My insides are making weird noises!?

I'm not hungry and I don't think I have gas but this happens a lot.. Everywhere from my chest down to my pelvic area
Like growls! It's weird and embarassing... What is this and how can I stop it??
 
this is just stomach acid moving and digesting things.try eating small meals often.plenty of water and if it gets really bad try anti-acids.x
 
it might be stress or nerves or a reaction to being uncomfortable/feeling self conscious. that's my conclusion because i have it too. do you think you have a confidence issue in them situations? ie when your insides make the noises
