My iMac is less than a year old but not under warranty. The external speaker worked fine til today. I unplugged my headphones and there was no sound. Plugging the headset back in and out again didn't help. I've very disappointed, My computer is no longer under warranty and I expect better from Apple especially for what I paid for their product. Even though it's not under warranty, should I call them? Will they charge me to fix it? Has anyone else had speaker problems with Apple? Any solutions work for anyone?
