...wasnt even hired? What the heck!!!!! He started working for them but we had not received a paycheck in two months. Every time we asked them what in the world was going on, they kept just saying there was payroll issues and it was being taken care of. After a huge schedule altercation with them (we had tons of issues with them) they decided to "fire" him with a letter in the mail. Today we find out that when he was there working for them the first few weeks, he wasnt even an employee. How is this even legal, or even possible?! Is there anything that we can do? Please Help!
Seriously, he is not lying. I am the one that got the letter out of the mailbox. in order to be fired, one has to be hired.
