...house number from jail today? The Sherrif just called me back and said He will just have my husbands phone priveleges rovokes. I said no I want him violated, the Sherriff said we will just take privelidges away. Since the police man is not willing to help should I just make a note of the time and date of his violation and take it to court on the restraining order day?
He was arrested and served with restraining order papers today. He just tried to call the house collect in jail. I told the sherriff what he just did, am i right to do so? He violated the order by calling the house he knows I live at.
