my husband was put in a psychiatric ward today because he's threatening to shoot himself if he has to go back to Ft. Cambell KY where he's stationed because he cant do it anymore. He says that he cant deal with the stuff that you have to go through and see. No matter what they teach you, they will never teach you how to deal with what you see over in Afganistan. He's having some major issues and the Army is just saying oh well we'll give you thearapy..but keep in mind that this is the same army base where all those suicides happened within three months. Now I think they just need to let the people out who are at risk of doing things like this. They are not mentally able to do it anymore and instead of prolonging it and getting them "therapy" there it would save more lives. We just dont know what to do...he's told them that he WILL kill himself if they send him back there but it's like they dont care. they're doing it anyways... what can we do to ensure that he gets out of this army. His well being is at stake here. PLZ SOMEONE HELP!!!!
