My husband took a photo of a girl he works with?

This week my husband went out with work for a christmas lunch and I was looking at the photos on his phone, and he has a picture of a girl he works with on it. He only took a couple of photos - a few of a guy sitting opposite him and one just of this girl who was sitting opposite him. Apparently he doesn't really know her, she just works in the same office, but I can't think why he would be taking photos of random girls...?
