Strictly speaking, yes. However, I never even wash cuts or use bandaids and I've never had an infection. If a cut bleeds it gets cleaned out pretty well. If it's been a while since his last tetanus shot he should get another, otherwise don't force it unless the cut is very bad. The body knows how to take care of itself pretty well. Better to be safe but it's not like it'll kill him.
Antibacterial and a bandage should be fine. If it turns anything other than normal blood colors (red,brown,light purple) get it looked at.
 
...boat.What should i do? He's bleeding. I put some Hydrogen Peroxide and it was with a little bubbles on it. Im very scared if he get any infection. I tried to talk to him, so we can go to the hosp. The little knowledge i got is that when you scratch or have any open wound on any part of your body, its need at least the tetanus shot. Im right?? Please help me!!! THX in advance
