My husband cheated on me. I need a lawyer and a DIVORCE!!! Who should I call?

So my husband has cheated on me... And I'm not going to take that kind of crap. He says he doesn't want to be with me or live in the house... But he won't leave... He doesn't want the house and I do...

I need a lawyer that can help me get the house, child support (1 daughter), and whatnot...

PS. Is it true that I have to stay in the house with this guy, despite his yelling at me and attempts to get me out of the house?

get a restraing order and a lawyer.
get him off all your credit cards that you have him on. max out cash advances on his.
geat him for alimony.(thats forever till you get married).
sell anything you bougt him on craigslit.co (free)
also have a releative/friends house you can go to.
