should consolidate and....? WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO GO ABOUT CONSOLIDATING???? THANKS A BUNCH!
 
I'm in debt with both student loans and credit cards.

Do not consolidate. Why? Because you are going to be paying more than what you owe now. All you are doing is transferring your current debit to someone else who will add on to the debit. Why put yourself through more. It may be a quick fix, but it won't help in the long wrong. And also be careful, everyone has tricks up there sleeves.

I don't know who it would be best to go to, but you can always google loan consoldiation. You can also go to your current bank and inquire about it.

I had that problem and got a loan with a low interest rate at my bank. I paid off all my bills and now I just pay a couple hundred a month.
 
My husband and i bought a home 15year mortgage, had it down to 10 years left.
We refinanced our home for 15years again and took the equity and paid off all cards.
No fees, no second mortgage. We got ourselves into debt so we realize that to start over again was a lesson worth learning. We no longer have any other bills except mortgage and utilities. No more cards. Feels great! good luck.
