...since last Dec. 2008? We received a notice from an attorney about foreclosure. We had already applied for help with the morgage company (hardship filing) and we never heard back from them. The mortgage company is Indy Mac and I read that they are horrible to deal with. My questions are. 1) How much longer can we stay at the home? 2) Why do you think they have not contacted us? 3) What are our options? We went for a free consult with a lawyer but she was not very much help and seemed in the dark herself. Thanks.
