my phone stopped charging all of a sudden and now it only charges when the device its turned off, after leaving it turned off and charging for a whole night the battery is still not fully charged. Is there anyway of fixing this problem? Please help.
people have been having a lot of complaints about those phones. .take it back to the store and tell them about it bc tmbile has been getting so many complaints about tht phone till the point where they jus will take your phone back and give you another one
