I use my touch as an alarm clock, but recently it's stopped ringing, and will just vibrate. The sound still works, I've tested it with mp3's and alarms/ringtones, but every time i set the volume high and then leave it, it resets the volume back to mute. This is also keeping it from ringing when there's an incoming call. Is there some overriding app that i've accidentally applied, or is the phone just broken? How do i fix it so it rings for calls and alarms?
