I am currently renting a HTC S620 from BT but can't seem to play videos on youtube, even when I'm connected to my hub. I'm also having problems playing other videos that I've downloaded to my phone. It says open application and then play file, or something. But I don't know how to do that.
Can anyone talk me through it?
It's the same when I try and play games that ive downloaded to the devise.
Plz help as ive had the phone for nearly 6 months now asns still can't use it...
