I know its not a software problem, because i did a factory reset and it still happens. I've never had a task killer on it. The phone is only about a week old, I think it may have something to do with the battery because it shuts off when pressure is placed where the battery is. Is there anything i can do to fix this, or is this phone just designed to be defective?
