MY HTC HD2 isnt working please help?

Hi my htc hd2 rooted and running android isnt working properly the touch screen sometimes doesnt work has anyone else had this problem or know what to do... sometimes it will recognize me unlocking or pressing something and other times not... also does anyone know how to take off cyanogenmod
