my horse fights the bit what type of bit do you suggest,and how to i keep her

from sprinting? My Baby star is always fighting the bit, she shakes her head,and all that bad stuff. What type of bit would be better on her. Also when i first got her she needed to add some weight, so i added Dumor's weight booster to her feed, ever since then when i mount all she wants to do is trott or a full gallop, never walk anymore. Could it be the weight gainer giving her more energy. Any Suggestions
