E Ellie New member Jun 22, 2010 #1 Yesterday my gelding cut his rear cannon on his leg. It is about 4 inches long and is fairly deep, but didn't cut into his tenants. His leg is swelled up a bit, but would like to know when it is ok to ride him next, after the swelling goes down.
