My horn does'nt work on my ford focus!!?

Well basically my horn stopped working one day! just out of the blue. when i took it to a mechanic he said he wasnt sure and that i should take it to a sparky but i havnt had time yet. Another important fact may be that when i was driving the car not too long ago the speedo went down to 0mph for a few seconds while doing about 50mph. My ESP doesnt work either.

its also got 140,000 miles lol. yep its been far
ESP is the traction control. think it means electronic stability protection or something like that
