My Honda Odyssey 2004 tranny is failing with only 128K. Is there any way,

Honda pays for this bad product? My Honda Odyssey 2004 transmission started failing as soon as it hit 100K miles. This is not fair as we paid prime price for this vehicle. I hope there is a law suit or other way to have Honda pay for a faulty product? I am frustrated as hundreds of other odyssey owner have the same problem but no one seem to have a way to make Honda help.
I would appreciate an answer or if someone knows what steps should be taken to talk to Honda.

You're driving a vehicle that is five years old and has in excess of 128,000 miles. There is NOTHING Honda is going to do but laugh at you.
