My honda del sol won't drive straight?

When I accelerate the wheel turn(on its own) in one direction, and when I decelerate, it goes in the other direction,

this does not happen all then time, If I let it go it turns about 90 degrees,

I had ball joints and Lower control arm bushing done
its been aligned a few times,

I would write it off to just the engine but it pulls when braking too,
would cause that?
