my honda civic tailights?

Always before going through all the wiring check the fuses if the brake light fuse is bad the brake light wont come on. If the fuses are good then there must be some kind of wiring problem either an open circuit or a short. It is difficult to give you a solution just by describing the problem specially in electrical problems.
 
i have a problem with my honda civic 99 ex rh tailight.
the brake lights wont come on only on the right side. well the parking light works but the brake light wont work. i changed the bulb but didint work. should i just buy new pig tails? it cant be the fuse could it?
