I've already asked about this, and someone said it was my heat shields, the heat shields are not loose and do not make any kind of ticking when I move them back and forth, or side to side. A Honda dealership mechanic looked my car over and said that it was a broken motor mount, it was cracked. That kinda made sense, so I had the motor mount replaced, well, the ticking stille exists. I'll explain the ticking, its not very loud, but noticeable, and it only occurs if I'm coming to a stop, accelerating from a stop, or if I just try to make it tick my tapping the gas in 1st gear, anything to make the car move back/forth with a little stress. It doesn't tick back to back, usually only once, but sometimes 2-3 times in a row, with about a 1 second pause. It does not jerk, vibrate, or anything during the ticks, the car does not jerk or vibrate at all, even over 60 mph. It sounds like the ticking comes from the passenger side of the car, and maybe near the rear, but it does not seem to be my exhaust.Maybe I should bring it to a muffler shop, and have take a look, but I need someone that knows their shit to give me some suggestions. Also, if I strain the motor, as in holding my foot on the break, and slowly letting go of the clutch, in first or reverse, so that it strains the shit out of my motor, the ticking will stand out, but, it has to SERIOUSLY strain my motor, it takes awhile to make it stand out.
