MY honda cbr f4i 2002 is heating up to much what should i do?

i replaced the thermostat with a new one and the fan works but it still heats up to like 230 and then the fan cuts on and my seat gets very hot what should i do anybody?
 
Make sure you got all the air out of the system when you changed the thermostat you can do this by running the engine at idle with the radiator cap off and let the bike get to temp so the stat opens and closes to get the air out.Also call the honda dealer and ask if you can change the switch that turns the fan on and off so it comes on sooner before it gets hot and check ur crank case oil level.
