my honda accord has a transmission problem?

So about 3 weeks ago i got my transmission done and well About two days later i had to take it back to the people who changed it. When i got back to the shop they told me it was a electical problem. So they put in a new computer. Now this will be my 4th time taking it back because it keeps slipping. I don't Know what they messed up because its still slipping hard and now my d light is blinking at me!
 
im guessing this is an automatic transmission because the transmission will shift from the computer thats why u need one.
have you change your transmission fluid yet?
