My Honda Accord 2005 is hard to stop when first started in the morning.What

could be the problem? After starting the car in the morning and putting it in gear the first time you apply the brake the car is difficult to stop, as if there were no power assist to the brakes. Scary! the dealer says no problem the idle is high. I don't agree, bought car new .
 
your dealer is right. when it,s idling high then it takes more effort to stop then it does in curb idling. let it die down some before starting out and see if that helps. my car is the same way. it,s hard to stop until it dies down to idle.
