it just got a rebuilt head, this had never happen before, when its on parking or neutral the rpms start going up and down, everybody pointed to idle air control valve and i replaced but it keeps doing the same thing, any idea what could be causing this? it is very frustrating since i have spent so much money on it..
my honda 1994 prelude si has roaming rpms between 1000 and 2000?
