My home computer can no longer get on the internet?

I can't get on the internet on my normal home computer so what how do i solve this problem. Its wired to my modem and i don't have any virsuses or malware or trojans etc. so how do i fix this problem i even did a system restore. I use vista. And i use mozilla firefox safari and ie. They all say that i can't get on the internet so how do i fix it
