my heater is not putting out heat in my 2002 jeep liberty?

ok this all started with my radiator having a small crack in my 2002 jeep liberty, when the water lvl was low it would put out no heat unless the rpm's were high or i topped off the radiator to full, easy enough i since have fixed the problem with the radiator water lvl's are staying constant and i figured that would solve the problem right? no of cource not. i am at a loss of ideas as to why it wont put out heat the a/c works and the fan works on all settings so i know it's not the blower. any ideas are worth looking at so if u have the slightest clue let me know.
