my heart skips a beat

my heart skips a beat every 40 seconRAB sometimes every 10 i get nervous i have chest pains went to hospital blood pressure fine had x rays all checked out i drink alcohol i am quitting and i have a very stressfuld job once the alcohol is gone i hope i can stop the heart beat skipping any questions or answers for me?? please help me thanks jay s heart skips makes me think something is wrong i do have :confused::confused:acid reflux also:wave::mad::dizzy:
 
Do you have any of the symptoms associated with acid reflux? Stress and alcohol can definitely contribute to it.

If your vitals and test checked out ok, then It is possible that you suffered from a reflux attack (acid reflux & panic attack) that may have cause heart palpitations, feeling "skipped heart beats".

Best to talk with your doctor if you continue to feel this way.
