I am overweight(but lost 60lbs in recent times and will get to my goal) and when i get up and walk around my heart rate goes from mid 80's to around 140. If I then walk for my 20 mins and then sit down(it can hit 190-200 during walk) it goes back down pretty quick. I have had 2 ecgs and both have been normal. Is this normal? I mean I know my heart is doing what It should by coming back but is it suppose to spike that much? I am just starting my walking so will it improve as I am terribly unfit but hoping to improve.
