I went to a lawyer and fought for custody of my son when his mother and I hit a rough spot, but I continued to stay with his mother and now wish to revoke the custody and not have full custody according to the court. She has to pay child support, but if we are together then there is no point of her still paying it. How can I revoke it? Will I have to pay a lawyer again?
