I got my hamsters from a friend and they were both from the same parents. I expected that there probably won't be any fights because of that. Its been two months since their birth and now their starting to fight. I just found out that one of them has skin missing on his/her butt. One of my hamsters are skinny and the other is fat. There names are Houdini and Secret (brothers names...). I was told that usually the fat one is female and the male one is skinny and the male usually is dominant in the home, but the "male" one is the one that is bleeding on its butt (not anymore). They both fight over the wheel and usually the "male" one wins and the female just runs around the cage. I never really saw them fight for food. And also, when the "female" one is able to get on the wheel, it always manages to scare the "male" away...What should i do?!!!
My hamsters are fighting!!! Even though they are sister and possibly brother!!!?
