ok, last night i saw 2 happy molly fish, 2 happy guppy fish, 2 happy (recently added) loach fish and a small collection of surviving baby mollys before i went to bed. they were eating fine and being nice and the big ones had even stopped eating the babys.
this morning i see 2 happy mollys, 1 happy guppy, 2 happy loaches and a significantly smaller collection of babies. my other guppy was upside down at the bottom of the tank behind the tower, bent in half, dead.
i just dont understand, he has been so happy and eating normally, probably the most spritely of all the fish, is this some sort of bullying, has he had a fight, do these fish fight? any comment welcome and appreciated, i just dont think he was ill, it was too sudden. whats going on!!!! thanks
just had a thought, the loaches are incredibly fast and take off randomely, whats the odds one of them could have sped off, bashed into comet the guppy, and thats like bent him in half and he hasnt reovered, also when i took him out, he wouldnt straighten out, bent rigid, very odd. thanks
