My green spotted puffer fish tries to jump out of my fish tank whenever i turn...

...the light off, why? I have a 15g salt water tank with only 1 green spotted puffer fish, baby size. I fed him then turned off the light so i could go to sleep, well when i turned the light off he kept on trying to jump out of the tank and its pretty annoying hearing the water splashing every 2 minutes...anybody know why he is jumping when i turn the light off?
 
Something is scaring him. It could be a reflection from something outside of the tank that is startling him. Jumping is done mainly for two reasons, 1 to get away from a predator, 2 to remove parasites.
