...can't always reach a phone or bell.? He has the life alert system and that is convenient with the wrist alarm, however to wake a sleeping caregiver or notify them if you need something it seems someone would invent a wrist button that would sound an audible alarm or ring. We thought of a baby monitor but he snores so much they would never get any sleep! Any ideas?
 
Your father needs to have an medical system that produces massive sounds. I think alert1 medical system is what he needs. He has a power speaker in case your father needs you.
