My google chrome is not working !?

okay, so im kinda upset! my google chrome isn't working. everytime i try and go to a website, its says " The webpage is not available" and i've tried to reinstall it, and update it! and my internets is perfect, im using internet explorer now! what do i do? :( i really dont want to have to delete it because i have a lot of things saved!
