Ok, each member of my family has their own browser. I have regular Internet Explorer, Safari, and Google Chrome. Google Chrome isn't getting an internet connection, but the other browsers are. I already uninstalled and reinstalled it and there is still the same problem. It says
"The webpage at https://tools.google.com/chrome/intl/en/themes/index.html might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address."
and when i click on "more information on this error" it says
"Error 102 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED): Unknown error."
So im guessing maybe my firewall is not allowing it internet access, but i dont know how to fix that :/
