My Google Chrome And Internet Explorer Ain't Working?

Like everytime I go on Google Chrome the web page keeps saying the web page isn't working like anywhere I go it still isn't working I reinstall it and it still doesn't work. And some times my Internet Explorer does that it works on some web pages and some doesn't work. I need help.
