I got a fan tailed goldfish recently and i put him into a tank with two other fish. After about a day i noticed that the other fish were eating his tail and some of his fins. I took him out immediately and put him in a separate tank. I know his fins should grow back but what can i do to keep him healthy and speed up the time it takes for them to grow back if that's possible? he is still eating and he has enough tail left that he can still swim around the tank, but it doesn't look very comfortable...is there anything i can buy to put in the water to keep him from getting an infection or something?
